- Monitor individuals without their consent
- Redistribute or resell the application
- Use it in violation of any applicable law

You must comply with all applicable privacy and recording laws in your jurisdiction. Many regions require consent before recording audio or video. You are solely responsible for legal compliance.
4Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of recordings or data.
6Recordings
You own all recordings made with this app. You are responsible for managing, securing, and legally complying with any obligations related to those recordings.
7Updates
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.
9Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
